And now there are three…

After successfuly negotiating the work visa process, Metis NZ is thrilled to announce our first staff transfer from the Metis UK team. Anjana Krishnan has joined our team in Auckland after working for Metis in London for the last two years.  Here is what Anjana has to say about her new role:

“I have the privilege of being the first internal transfer to Metis NZ from the London office. At Metis UK, I worked within the water engineering and asset management streams, with experience in flood risk appraisal and design, carbon accounting, investment modelling and project management. My work at Metis has allowed me to combine the technical with the holistic – a long-time interest of mine as I have degrees in both environmental science and engineering. My first two weeks in NZ have already given me the opportunity to grow my knowledge in areas such as water supply and quality. It’s exciting to be involved with the company at such an early stage, and I’m looking forward to supporting the company to grow in NZ! Prior to joining Metis, I worked in international development at an engineering charity in Uganda. In my spare time, I enjoy running, baking, and building my houseplant collection.
